Renter Requirements
- Full coverage insurance valid through the entire rental period.
- Driver’s license valid through the entire rental period.
- Renter must be at least 21 years old.
- Deposit.
Full Coverage Insurance
The renter must provide an insurance policy in their name. The policy must include full coverage, collision protection, and cover repair costs. If you don’t have full insurance, you can purchase a premium Insurance policy offered by American Express, which will serve as the primary insurance for the entire rental period. Alternatively, we can recommend other insurance options to meet the requirements.
Deposit
To ensure the vehicle’s security and cover potential toll fees or fines, a deposit is required for the rental period. The deposit amount ranges from $300 to $1,000, depending on the vehicle model and rental duration.
Payment Methods
We accept payments via Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Zelle, and cash.
Fuel, Fines, Parking, and Other Charges
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of gas. If it is returned with less fuel, the cost of refueling will be deducted from your deposit. Additionally, you are responsible for any tolls, paid parking, fines, and other expenses incurred during the rental period.
Minimum Car Rental Period
We specialize in long-term car rentals with great rates for you. However, we also offer daily rates with a minimum rental period of 3 days.
Geographic Limitations
The vehicle is only permitted to travel within Texas and neighboring states (New Mexico, Oklahoma, Louisiana, and Arkansas).
Mileage Restrictions
We have a mileage limit of 100 miles per day. For example, if you rent a car for one week, your limit will be 700 miles. If you rent for 30 days, your limit will be 3,000 miles. Additional miles are charged extra, and the cost depends on the car model.
We Offer Delivery Options
- Get the vehicle delivered within a 25-mile radius of our location for an additional fee of $115 for round-trip delivery, or $60 for one-way delivery. You can select this delivery option during the booking process.
- Delivery to Austin-Bergstrom International Airport is available for an additional fee of $115 for round-trip delivery, or $60 for one-way delivery. You can select this delivery option during the booking process. All parking fees will be charged to the renter.
Adding an Additional Driver
We offer the option to add a second driver. Both drivers will be subject to the same rules and regulations. The second driver must also be at least 21 years old and provide full insurance coverage.
Restrictions on Use
- Unauthorized drivers: the rented vehicle may only be operated by the renter/renters specified in the agreement.
- Legal compliance: the vehicle may not be used for any illegal activity, including but not limited to: fleeing law enforcement; driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, including prescription or non-prescription substances (DUI/DWI); transporting illegal or hazardous materials.
- Commercial use restrictions: the vehicle is strictly for personal use. It cannot be used for: ride-hailing or taxi services (e.g., Uber, Lyft); delivery services (e.g., Amazon, Door Dash, Grub hub); courier services or other commercial purposes.
- Care and usage restrictions: the vehicle must not be used for: towing, pushing, or propelling another vehicle or object without written permission; overloading beyond its designated capacity; off-roading or driving on unpaved surfaces; racing, competitions, or speed tests; carrying more passengers than there are seatbelts or allowing passengers outside the vehicle’s cabin; teaching someone to drive or carrying children without approved safety seats; transporting unsecured cargo or animals in a manner that could cause damage.
