Terms and Conditions

The cost of car rental includes:

  • Child car seat (if needed).
  • Phone Holder (if needed).

We need from you:

  • Your foreign driver’s license and passport in case you don’t have a U.S. driver’s license.
  • Proof of address of temporary or permanent residence.
  • The tenant must be over 21 years of age.
  • To ensure the safety of the car and to compensate for possible fines, a deposit is provided for the rental period. The deposit amount varies from a model of the car and the rental period. The deposit returns to the client in the same way as it was received when a car was picked up.

Payment methods: 

  • Cash.
  • Check.
  • Money transfers (Zelle, Venmo, PayPal).

Our clients pay the full cost of car rental services when picking up the vehicle. Payment can be made on monthly basis for long-term rentals only.

Pick up and pre-trip inspection:

  • Since our company prioritizes customer convenience and quality service, we are ready to deliver a car to any convenient place for you. Delivery option is paid, depends on the delivery location and time.
  • Cars are always inspected alongside with customers when picking up. Video and photo is recorded, which indicates all possible external and internal defects (scratches, dents, chips), which are checked during the drop off of the car at the end of the trip.

Tolls and Tickets payments:

  • Our vehicles are equipped with toll tags. After the rental period we provide customers with a printout proof (upon request) and withhold the amount from the deposit. All tickets incurred during the rental period must be paid by customers immediately.
  • In case of refusal to pay the fine, the company guarantees that this fine will be reissued through the court in the name of the customer, which may cause bigger debts. Due to this factor, we strongly recommend not to ignore all tickets received in your name. You can pay them online.

Drop off and post-trip inspection:

  • Company member receives and checks the car in the end of each trip. In case of disputes, the pick up video and photo material might be useful. In case when customers didn’t participate in a pre-trip inspection and didn’t indicate any visible damage on the car, the company has the right to consider that this damage was caused by customer, although it is not obliged to recover this damage from him.
  • When accepting a car, the following points will be checked: the gas level (The vehicle should be returned with the full tank of gas), the cleanliness of the car (we provide customers with a clean and washed car, which must be returned to same condition, otherwise, the customer may be charged for the cost of washing and dry cleaning if necessary).
  • Any miscellaneous charges such as noticeable scrapes, dents, dings, or scratches (2 inches length) as long as tolls, tickets, or other fees and fines during the rental period will be charged additional to the you.
  • The fine for smoking in a car is $300.
